Two-factor authentication and device security

Every Jupiter login requires two-factor authentication. We support authenticator apps (recommended) and SMS codes. - Set up under Settings → Security → Two-factor. - Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe; they let you log in if you lose your phone. - Payments above £5,000 require approval from a second person on the account. We never ask for your password, full card number or one-time codes by phone, email or chat. If someone does, end the conversation and contact us through the website.

How to contact us and our opening hours

Live chat: on the website, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 UK time. Outside these hours you can leave a message and we reply the next business morning. Email: team@agentify.finance. We reply within one business day. Urgent card issues (lost, stolen, suspected fraud): freeze the card in the app first, then contact us. When you write to us, quote the customer reference from your last message so we can find your case quickly.
