Every Jupiter login requires two-factor authentication. We support authenticator apps (recommended) and SMS codes.
- Set up under Settings → Security → Two-factor.
- Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe; they let you log in if you lose your phone.
- Payments above £5,000 require approval from a second person on the account.
We never ask for your password, full card number or one-time codes by phone, email or chat. If someone does, end the conversation and contact us through the website.
