Only an owner can close the account: Settings → Account → Close account.
Before closing, withdraw your balance to another account in the company name, cancel direct debits and standing orders, and download your statements; they remain available for 30 days after closure. There is no closing fee. If a refund or dispute is still open, we keep the account in a read-only state until it settles.
