Card spending limits

Every card has a per-transaction limit and a monthly limit. Defaults for new cards are £2,000 per transaction and £10,000 per month. To change a limit: Settings → Cards → choose the card → Limits. Admins and finance users can set any value up to the company limit; owners can raise the company limit. Changes apply immediately. ATM withdrawals are capped at £500 per day regardless of the card limit. Cards can also be restricted to specific merchant categories, for example travel only.

Lost or stolen card

1. Freeze the card immediately in the app or on the web: Cards → the card → Freeze. This blocks all new payments while you check. 2. If you find the card, unfreeze it. If not, choose Report lost or stolen; the card is cancelled permanently and a replacement is ordered. 3. Replacement physical cards arrive within three to five business days. A virtual replacement is available instantly. If you see payments you did not make, report them as unauthorised (see Disputing a transaction) so we can refund you.

Attaching receipts to card payments

After each card payment the cardholder receives a push notification; tap it to photograph the receipt, or forward the receipt email to receipts@agentify.finance from a registered address. Receipts attach to the transaction automatically and appear in the monthly export. Finance users can set a policy that requires a receipt for payments above a chosen amount; unmatched payments are listed under Missing receipts.
